Who will come to my home?
High Basin Air is a referral service. Your call is routed to an independent, licensed HVAC contractor who serves your area. That contractor gives the price, does the work and stands behind it.
Are emergency calls answered 24/7?
Yes. Emergency calls are answered around the clock. Arrival times depend on contractor availability, weather and demand, especially during Las Vegas heat waves and Reno cold snaps.
What areas do you cover?
The Las Vegas Valley and Southern Nevada (Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Boulder City, Pahrump and Mesquite) and Northern Nevada (Reno, Sparks, Carson City, the Carson Valley, Fernley and Incline Village).
Does it cost anything to call?
No. Calling is free. Any diagnostic fee or repair price is set by the contractor, who should tell you before starting work.
How do I know the contractor is licensed?
You can look up any contractor's license on the Nevada State Contractors Board website. Ask the technician for their company's license number.
